I've been busy working on Peace, the Rainbow Butterfly pony, and Lotus, a commissioned piece.
Please take a look at Peace on her page:
She's sort of an experimental pony, since I used yarn instead of pony hair. It turned out VERY, VERY poofy...I didn't like it right after the re-root. However, with a little styling, she looked a lot more civilized. ^_^ Her symbols are based on a sketch I made a while back. The dark outlines make the glittered areas look darker too. Perhaps I'll make another butterfly pony with purple or lavender outlines. Hmmmmm.

Current projects include Lotus, who still needs her hair, and an unnamed white unicorn. I'm going to re-root the unicorn with the sample of magenta nylon hair. Still playing around with her design, but I'm thinking about a glittery celestial symbol, along the lines of Hasbro's original unis.

Oh, and if you're curious, here's another picture of Winnie in her completed box:

Love Lotus's symbol. Looks kinda like a stained glass design.

ARGH!

Of course, you now realize that I'm going to spend the rest of the night trying to figure out EXACTLY which yarn that is, don't you? -_-;; GAH! Need new job NOW!

Peace is pretty though. I love her symbol. And I'm about to shoo my roomy over here to look at how nicely her present is coming along. ^_^

Re: ARGH!

LOL, here's a picture of the yarn. It had flags on it, but I pulled them off. Let me know if you have an idea what it is. ^_^

Re: WOW!!

It was almost impossible to re-root with yarn, but fortunately, Red Roses has large plug holes in her mane.

Looks like a pony brush to me. An old-style pony brush from the 80's. :)

Thank you for the nice comment. ^_^ The other people are correct...it's a 1st generation yellow star brush.
