hold your horses, ahem, ponies! [Apr. 27th, 2005|03:45 pm]
[mood |blahblah]
[music |papa roach - take me]

Seems like people are eager to submit their entries to the annual Midsummer contest...I'm ~already~ starting to receive them & I haven't even posted the requirements yet!! PLEASE wait! The requirements are fairly precise.

Here is the link to the page, just for reference. I'd appreciate it greatly if you could spread the word around. There's nothing there yet...I'm not done coding & writing the script.
The contest will start on May 1st, 2005. I am working this weekend, so I probably won't update the pages until late Sunday night.

Also completed Baby Tall Tales. She is one of the very last Hasbro-inspired customs, promised to someone before I decided to stop making them. She is NOT for sale.

Is there a template?

For the contest, is there a blank template, like a black and white drawing of a pony that we can use? Or should we just draw our own somehow? I just don't want to take one of the ones from last year and re-color it unless that is okay

Re: Is there a template?

Last year, most people used templates from Hasbro's site. Look in the "Coloring Pages" section. You probably already know this, but their site is www.mylittlepony.com ^_^

That's also where I get the outlines for my monthly pony desktop background. Use the "print screen" key to capture the image & edit it in your preferred graphics program.

Re: Is there a template?

for some reason, I always had never been able to do this. 'print screen' on my computer does absolutly nuffin. And I don't have photoshop either :/
Am I screwed out of entering?

Re: Is there a template?

You can get a paint program from download.com for free. Photoshop is confusing for first time users, but there is a trial version you can get there. I'm sure you can also get screenshot capture software from there too. If not, LMK & I'll try to post some templates. Good luck!
