|Yarn Love =)

I must have been a cat in a past life, since I love yarn so much. Last night, my dad & brother dragged me to the automotive supply store...which was actually fortunate because I found a yarn shop next door!
So, I just had to go back there today. The name of the store is Knitique (8741 Elk Grove Blvd, Elk Grove, CA 95624). They had a really nice selection of yarn, projects...if you live in Northern California, you have to check it out!
Below are the things that I bought. 3 skeins of Noro's popular Kureyon yarn in #102. Wow, the colors are intense! It feels a tad scratchy, but that's okay since I'll be using it for felted bags. Can you say Booga Bag? ^_~
I knit a little camera cozy today using Crystal Palace Yarn's "Kiddo" in the Spring Picnic colorway, mixed with two strands of fuzzy pastel yarn from Target. The Kiddo yarn is 100% microfiber and is incredibly soft to the touch.
Cast on 24 stitches, knit stockinette in the round for the length of the camera, then cast-off 12 stitches. Knit the flap in stockinette and cast off. I'm going to add a button later.
