Here's a Celtic sculpted pony I've been planning for a while. Design is modeled after a Celtic cross stone carving, minus the bottom part. Not sure if I should change her base color or leave her this way. I plan on adding a matching decorative piece to her forehead. Sculpted parts are two-part epoxy, done freehand, so not 100% "perfect", but definitely one-of-a-kind. The smaller areas (like the triquetra detailing) were rolled by hand and carefully applied to the soft clay.
The other pony is Winter's Dawn. I didn't like the way she was turning out, so I removed all of the paint and started over again. I'm really liking the contrast of the light flowers against the darker areas. Her design is based on a fancy kimono I saw on my trip to Japan.
This is a baity Secret Surprise pony. Her hair is made from air-dry clay. I used an extruder to add some texture. I got this stuff from a 100 yen shop in Tokyo. It's quite similar to the stuff I used for Shadow Watcher.
I don't dare use two-part epoxy in the extruder...it would be immensely hard to clean. Also, with the amount of clay required for this pony, it would be much too heavy.
Oh, I almost forgot:
Alba Luna got her moon and clouds! Next up: silver eyes, matte clear coat, re-rooting. She's really stunning in real life. Too bad the lighting conditions aren't too great today.
